Even though this time you've put more effort into the application, sadly I'll have to go with a no. Firstly, "for a while" doesn't really clarify how long you've been on a place. Sure, you may not remember exact date, but it's more likely that you'll remember e.g. "1 year", "2 years". Now secondly, as said previously, your activity. Logging in every 200-400 hours for less than 30 minutes isn't considered enough active to trust someone, especially given that the second last time you were on, you almost got banned for a racial comment.
