There is no reason to lock this thread. Image sharing should be without many restrictions, so making a new thread in disregard of this one with even more rules shouldn't be necessary.
If this one was locked why wouldn't something like the spamming contest be locked? I didn't think it made any sense to lock this one.
How can you go off topic when there is no topic? And why would you exclude someone just because you don't like them?
