After thankin over it a while, I feel like I've delved tha fuck into tha hood enough ta hook up a variety of playas n' make fuckin shitloadz of phat playas. I figure I be soopa-doopa actizzle on dis server already (playin at least 2 hours+ a thugged-out day) dat I should give Mod a dirty lil shot ta help up tha hood even mo' than I already do.​

Da reason I wanna be a Moderator is no different than any other person- I gots a phat desire ta help up tha hood beyond what tha fuck I can do as a aiiight playa n' shit. Fixin griefs, settlin disputes, n' keepin tha server as a safe environment fo' both oldschool n' freshly smoked up playas would break me off a purpose here, so peek-a-boo, clear tha way, I be comin' thru fo'sho. Ya Mom shoulda told ya, I always loved helpin other playas before helpin mah dirty ass while expectin not a god damn thang up in return, n' ta some, it may sound crazy. Most playas up in tha real ghetto aren't like this- lookin up fo' they own interests rather than dem of tha hundredz of thousandz of playas up in need.​

Ya Mom shoulda told ya, I peeped too nuff playas on dis server that, excuse mah French, don't give a thugged-out damn bout otherz vibe. They rampage all up in houses, breakin up in n' takin shit no matter how tha fuck worthless they straight-up are. They can't peep what tha fuck they bustin ta playas on tha other side of tha computer screen n' can't peep tha future consequencez of they actions fo' realz. A simple search on YallTube n' you can find playas whoz ass trick they way tha fuck into gettin op just so they can WE up in big-ass pilez of sand everywhere or massive blockz of lava. These people, like frankly, disgust mah dirty ass. In tha end, itz a sign of rebellion n' immaturitizzle dat may stick wit dem all up in tha rest of they lives. I wanna protect tha server from these typez of people, cuz if n' when I peep it up in action as a aiiight playa, da most thugged-out I can do is submit a report n' hope some muthafucka takes on tha task of handlin dat shit.​

Although I aint straight-up mastered tha CoreProtect plugin, I do gotz a general knowledge of tha commandz n' how tha fuck ta use em.​

/co inspect (/co i) - Da masta command. Y'all KNOW dat shit, muthafucka! Togglez tha block inspector n' allows tha user ta pull block data up in order ta determine which playa(s) broke which block(s). Left clickin shows you whoz ass placed tha block you click, while right clickin shows whoz ass chizzled a funky-ass block up in tha empty space. Right clickin a thugged-out door, lever yo, button, chest, etc also shows you whoz ass last used tha entity.​

/co rollback (/co rb) <params> - Once rockin /co inspect ta figure up tha griefer(s), /co rollback can be used ta easily restore any broken/placed blocks within a given time period. Y'all KNOW dat shit, muthafucka! Parametas fo' dis command include:​

- u:<user> (specifies a user ta rollback)​

- t:<time> (specifies tha amount of time ta rollback- w,d,h,m, n' s)​

- r:<radius> (specifies a radius ta rollback)​

- a:<action> (this is one of tha parametas I aint straight-up shizzle of yo, but it seems ta have tha mobilitizzle ta restore muthafuckas n' restrict rollback ta certain actions like fuckin breaking/placin blocks only)​

- b:<blocks> (narrows tha rollback down ta only certain block types- fo' example, only rollin back oak wood)​

- e:<exclude> (excludes certain block types from tha rollback)​

/co restore (/co rs) <params> - Da opposite of rollin back; uses tha same ol' dirty params as /co rb​

/co lookup (/co l) <params> - Can be used ta detect other fishy actions by tha thug up in question; uses same params as /co rb​

--Permanently bans a cold-ass lil certain user; use sparingly.​

--Time is up in seconds, so if I wanted ta ban Gamerguy fo' two minutes I would type /ban Gamerguy 7200​

--Teleports another playa ta you without they consent; useful fo' gettin playas outta areas they not supposed ta be in​

1. Right back up in yo muthafuckin ass. Someonez doggy den has been griefed, what tha fuck do you do?
Even before tha thug asks directly fo' help, I'ma be on tha scene checkin up tha damage by rockin /tp (username). Usin tha CoreProtect commandz busted lyrics bout up in detail above, I'ma determine whoz ass caused tha damage n' tha extent of tha griefing. If tha griefer is online n' tha damage is minimal (like fuckin 2 blocks fucked up beside a thugged-out door), I'ma private message dem n' inform dem griefin be against tha rulez n' warn dem of tha possibilitizzle of a tempban if it happens again. I aint talkin' bout chicken n' gravy biatch. If they not online at dat time, I'ma bust dem a mail issuin a warnin n' try ta rap ta dem tha next time they log in.

If tha griefin is massive, punishment is ghon be handed up accordin ta tha amount of damage fo' realz. A typical scale ta use would be:
10-20 blocks - 1 dizzle tempban
20-30 blocks - 2 dizzle tempban
30-40 blocks - 3 dizzle tempban

.
.
100+ blocks - Perma ban
Although itz a sick scale, I would probably hardly eva consider dat shit. Punishments would be dealt wit fairly though they severitizzle n' circumstances.

It straight-up dependz on tha type of jumpin off bout some shit. In some cases, arguments can be civil n' productive. In dis case I would only keep supervision until tha dispute went sour. Shiiit, dis aint no joke. If tha argument is straight-up shitty on tha other hand, I needta intervene. I would ask tha two ta stop or take it somewhere else, n' if tha thang continues ta escalate I would mute and/or tha aggressor(s) ta suppress tha thang. If they continue they hostilitizzle afta tha mute/jailing, I'ma be forced ta kick/tempban em.

Bullyin aint gonna be tolerated by mah dirty ass. I know these lil playas git all up in school n' peep it every last muthafuckin day, n' it shouldn't creep here on ta tha server like a muthafucka.

3 fo' realz. A user is hurlin punk ass language at you, what tha fuck do you do?
Straight-up simple- ask dem ta stop, don't git mad salty, n' if they continue ta be rude n' violent, proceed ta mute em. If it continues afta tha mute,

A civil argument between another playa n' mah dirty ass will always be welcome yo, but punk ass language will not. Moderators need ta show grace n' mercy, yet also be firm n' passionate.

In dis case, I would ask tha balla of tha doggy den if tha playa is supposed ta be there, so peek-a-boo, clear tha way, I be comin' thru fo'sho. If not, I be bout ta ask tha intruder ta leave n' warn dem of potential consequences if they don't. If they continue ta stay n' harass tha playa, I'ma just tp dem ta mah dirty ass. In off tha hook cases I may also bust tha intruder ta jail fo' ~10 minutes or take action cuz of grief caused by tha playa.

Disregardin one experience where I was temporarily banned by a Moderator fo' a cold-ass lil civil dispute, I aint NEVER been punished fo' breakin tha server rules. I aint eva griefed any playa wit tha intention of beatin tha livin shiznit outta they mad bullshit n' I aint NEVER jacked, cheated, or lied ta any other gangmember of tha server n' shit. I try ta keep mah language under control n' free of vulgarity, yet I can still sit back n' gotz a laugh wit playaz fo' realz. Every Muthafucka on tha server whoz ass knows me can reprazent ta mah generositizzle as well- on multiple occasions I've busted playas big-ass sumz of in-game currency ta help dem up n' I freely let playas use mah farms.

I gots Trusted relatively quickly props ta mah dive tha fuck into tha hood n' forums. Initially I may have come off as borderline hostile, n' I be sorry as a muthafucka fo' all dis bullshit.
