Hello, I am OuterFlow, my timezone is EST, I am 12 years old, and I started playing on this server 6 years ago.
    _________________________________________________________________
I want to become a mod because I have done almost everything on the server and my next big adventure would be to help people with issues on the said server by becoming a mod.
    _________________________________________________________________
I have a new understanding of some commands mods use.
/co rollback [username] [time] [radius] ex: /co rollback Cowlio 8h 11: undos a player's action
/co inspect: Allows you to see who broke a block or placed a block
/mute [player] [time]: Makes a player unable to speak for a set amount of time
/jail [player] [jail version] [time]: puts someone in jail for a set amount of time
/tempban [player] [time] [reason]: temporarily bans someone
/ban [player] [reason]: permanently bans someone
/socialspy: you can see private messages that players send from one to anothe
/kick [player]: kicks a player from the server
    _________________________________________________________________
Yes, I will be mature, calm, responsible, and trustworthy

    Now,
    1. Someone's house has been griefed, what do you do?
Try to find out some more information from the player about the grief. Once I get enough information about the grief, I will do /co inspect to find the player who had griefed the house. Once I have the player's username I use the command /co rollback making sure to include the player's username the number of hours or days ago it was, and the radius of blocks.
    Punishment:
1-10 blocks: If no blocks were valuable 10 minutes of jail time would be set, if the player isn't online I'll give a warning in the mail such as: "You have broken [amount of blocks] at [player's] house if you do this again, we will take further action." If valuable blocks were included, it would result in 20 minutes of jail time without warning if offline.
11-20 blocks: If no valuable blocks were destroyed in the grief it would 30 minutes of jail time and if they aren't online, jail them when they are online.
21-30 blocks: Jail time for 2 hours without valuable blocks, 4 hours with valuable blocks.
31-40 blocks: Temp ban for 3 hours without valuable blocks, 12 hours with valuable blocks.
41-50 blocks: Temp ban for 12 hours without valuable blocks, 72 with valuable blocks.
51-60 blocks: Temp Ban for a whole day without valuable blocks, Temp Ban for a week with valuable blocks.

    2. Some users are arguing, what do you do?
First, I would try to calm them down. Then I would warn them: "If you keep arguing I'm going to have to mute you." If the problem persists, I would mute them for 10 minutes. Even after that if the issue is not fixed, I'd jail them for 15 minutes while also muting them during the jail time.
    _________________________________________________________________
    3. A user is hurling abusive language at you, what do you do?
At first, I would try to calm them down, then warn them if they persist by saying: "This behaviour is punishable, Please stop before I have to mute you," if they seem to be persistent then I would mute them for 1 minute, then 10, after that 20, and finally a jail time of 30 minutes with a mute for the same amount both being concurrent.
    _________________________________________________________________
    4. Someone enters another player's house, what do you do?
If they used it for storage, I would let them gather their things, and have them leave. If they do not leave, I would teleport them out of the house with a warning that if they enter the house again, I would jail him/her for 10 minutes. If they do enter again as I said 10 minutes of jail time. If they do go inside after their jail time it would result in 30 minutes in jail.

Thank you for reading over this, and I would be happy to hear your critiques, suggestions, advice, and other responses. If I do become a moderator I would also be happy to learn from the current ones on the server.

I'm am going to go with a no. I rarely see you online, and you're rarely active on the discord as well. Also 51+ blocks is only a day? In which scenario? With what blocks included? Punishments in general are way too light. Also I believe straight away warning people who argue and telling them not to, will only make things worse.

Ichikuro Bow wow. I am dog.

I've seen you active recently, though you've had some history. I like the edit to the mod app. The punishments in my opinion seem alright as well. The questions seem fair, but im with nasfi on the immediately warning people, let them try to pan it out, and if its very disruptive then issue warnings. Overall its good, but you did just edit it after getting critique so thats something to bare in mind.

The fact that you had to delete a post to "control" your anger kinda leads me to believe you won't actually "stay calm". No from me for now

Completely understood, I am going to therapy for my anger and I get a little irritated at times, one of which was on this post.

I re-read it. My answer will still remain a no for the things Ichi mentioned as well. It's a pretty good effort, the app has a good amount of detail and explanation in the answers. Though I'll have to say that I still don't think punishments are good. They're better from what they were, and it depends on each situation, but still like 40 valuable blocks being 12 hours is literally nothing. If a player is going to grief that many valuable blocks, it wouldn't be so much of an accident. You're getting there, though.
