9 different types? The dosage should be on the container. Usually you just take em in the morning as a supplement

Well it says 1-2 on mine per jar and 9 different types is because im low on alot of the things in my body. I used to take a vitamin that gave me what i needed but idk what the brand was so we never bought it again. ( It's also not 9 pure vitamin types. 5 kinds of vitamins and 4 of my normal medicine )

oh well, yea, so take 1-2 haha
